Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
- Coordinate work with other trades to ensure schedules and project milestones are met
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective, code-compliant solutions
- Ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent combination of skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily residential construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
