The Right Fit
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Senior Accountant oversees reporting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and compliance across a multi-company organization. This role partners with operations and project teams to provide meaningful financial insights while mentoring junior accountants and improving financial processes. Success comes from strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems, multi-entity accounting, and advanced Excel is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for multiple entities.
- Complete consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Develop budgets and forecasts while monitoring financial performance.
- Lead reporting presentations for leadership and prepare Board reporting packages.
- Support annual audits, compliance reporting, and internal controls.
- Partner with operations and project teams to analyze project costs and profitability.
- Improve financial processes and mentor junior accounting staff.
What You Bring to the Table
- CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in a multi-company or complex corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
