Anderson Career Training Institute (ACTI) ACTI.org is an Edmonton-based organization that empowers aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and support to launch and grow successful businesses. As we expand our reach across Alberta, we’re excited to establish a stronger presence in Southern Alberta and are seeking three energetic, relationship-focused Community Program Leads to join our growing team.

As ACTI’s local representative, you’ll combine your business knowledge with your passion for helping others by coaching entrepreneurs, fostering community connections, and supporting participants from their first inquiry through business launch and beyond.

We’re Hiring
· One position based in Calgary
· One position based in Lethbridge
· One position based in Medicine Hat
Applicants must reside in, or be within commuting distance of, the city for which they are applying.
What You’ll Do
As the primary ACTI contact in your community, you’ll:
· Recruit and support aspiring entrepreneurs entering the ACTI program.
· Coach participants as they develop business plans and prepare to launch their businesses.
· Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions and guided business development workdays.
· Build meaningful relationships with participants, mentors, instructors, and community partners.
· Connect entrepreneurs with networking opportunities, business resources, and local events.
· Represent ACTI at business and community events to strengthen awareness and partnerships.
· Encourage participant success through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and accountability.

Qualifications
· Business diploma required; business degree preferred.
· Minimum five years’ experience working in a small business environment.
· Experience coaching, mentoring, consulting, facilitating, training, or business advising is considered a strong asset.
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
· Ability to travel locally for participant meetings, networking, and community events.
What We Offer
· Competitive hourly wage of $28 – $30, based on experience.
· Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
