Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Duties of the position:
- Provide assistance with completing IOB payroll
- Perform data entry tasks in bookkeeping software (Sage)
- Keep accurate files, and records of work performed
- Arrange site visits and quotes in conjunction with the IOB coordinator
- Effectively communicate through telephone with customers and vendors
- Follow up on past due accounts
- Assist with yearly budget
- Assist with various general tasks as needed
- Assist with social media and website content
Qualifications and knowledge:
- A moderate to advanced skill level of arithmetic
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software required
- 1-2 years experience in some form of bookkeeping/ accounting considered an asset.
