Job Summary
Pulse RV is seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman RV Technician to join our team at our Edmonton Location! The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in repairing and maintaining recreational vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers' RVs are safe, functional, and ready for their adventures.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of recreational vehicles, including travel trailers, motorhomes, and fifth wheels.
- Diagnose issues with electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and structural components of RVs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly before returning vehicles to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used during service.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations for maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the shop and handling tools.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive or RV repair.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools commonly used in vehicle maintenance.
- Previous experience working as an RV Technician or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
