Technical Requirements:
· Proficient in trouble shooting and repairing all aspects of machine electrical controls.
· Demonstrated competency in trouble shooting PLC’s machine vision systems, bar code scanners and robotics.
· Experience troubleshooting and repairing facility systems including HVAC, lighting, switchgear, and compressed air systems.
· Competent in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drives.
· Proficient in trouble shooting and repairing all aspects of motor controls including VFD’s, AC servo drives and motors and DC drives and motors.
· Demonstrated abilities on working on electrical apparatus up to 600 volts AC
Interaction Requirements:
· Respond to emergency breakdown phone calls and/or pages in a timely fashion.
· Utilize e-maint CMMS for all work orders and parts issues.
· Participate in equipment, automation, and safety training.
· Attend and participate in monthly Maintenance Toolbox meetings.
· Communicate critical breakdowns to Maintenance Supervision
· Always perform work while observing Dana’s Health and Safety policies
· Always perform work while observing Dana’s Quality Policies
· Work within the constraints of your specific field of expertise as determined by your trade designation.
Experience, Training and Certifications
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Teir 1 automotive parts manufacturing environment
· Journey Person status as an Electrician 309A or 442A
· Experience and training in Industrial Automation would be considered a bonus.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment a must.
Pay: $44.00 per hour
