Overview
We are currently searching for the Deposit Product Analyst to join our Marketing department. The Deposit Product Analyst supports the administration, monitoring, and operational management of deposit products, FX rates, and bank fees. The role assists with regulatory reporting, branch support, product operations, and internal monitoring activities to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and efficient product management.
Key Responsibilities :
Product & System Support
- Support deposit product setup, maintenance, and operational tasks
- Assist with product enhancement, testing, and system update
- Help monitor operational issues and escalate when needed
- Support coordination with branches and internal departments related to deposit products
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor deposit products, FX rates, and bank fees against key performance indicators
- Prepare regular reports and maintain operational activities
- Support tracking and monitoring of rates, fees, and operational activities
- Assist with branch cash management and CDRS reporting
Operational & Regulatory Support
- Support updates to regulatory platforms and website (e.g., FCAC website)
- Assist with regulatory reporting and data verification processes
- Support tax-related reporting and compliance processes (e.g., T5, NR4, withholding tax)
- Monitor the application of rates and fees across branches to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support management of inactive accounts and unclaimed balances
Process Improvement & Training Support
- Support process improvement initiatives related to internal systems and operations
- Assist with preparation of manuals and training materials for branch staff
Additional Support
- Participate in departmental initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of banking products and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
