Job Title: General Labourer / Production Associate (No Experience Required - Urdu / Hindi / Punjabi Speaking Welcome)
Overview
Excel Plating Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Production Associate to join our growing team. This role supports our electroplating operations (metal finishing) in a fast-paced shop environment.
No prior experience is required. We provide full training. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to build long-term skills in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts onto racks for processing
- Assist with plating processes (anodizing, zinc, black oxide, etc.)
- Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with hand tools or shop equipment
