We are a growing concrete pump truck manufacturing company looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Helper to join our production team. This position supports daily manufacturing operations including truck assembly, fabrication support, shop organization, and general production duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, welders, fabricators, and assembly staff
- Help with assembly of concrete pump truck components
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Prepare materials and parts for production
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Assist with loading, moving, and handling equipment and materials
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other general shop and production duties as required
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, construction, or industrial environments is an asset
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on your feet
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Forklift experience is an asset (if applicable)
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
