We are currently seeking skilled and reliable General Labourers to join our team. RestoraClean Services offers support to restoration clients with cleaning, demolition, heavy lifting, abatement, content management, and more.
The preferred candidates will have restoration/content experience, some cleaning experience and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- General labour around cleaning, heavy lifting, moving and other physical tasks as required
- Loading/unloading supplies, materials, and equipment including set up/tear down at site
- Operating hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Performing various duties as required in a fast paced, emergency service environment
- Job location will vary on a daily basis
- Emergency on-call availability is expected
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in restoration or cleaning
- Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and follow directions with a willingness to work with feedback
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Leadership skills are ideal
- Preference will be given to applicants with training and certification in asbestos, fire, mold, water remediation, and demolition
- MUST DRIVE
Requirements:
- PPE including: Steel Toed Boots, safety glasses, high visibility vest
- Own reliable vehicle
- Hand tools: Utility Knife (Olfa), hammer, multi-bit screwdriver set, hex key set, prybar
