At Signcast Media, we are a fast-growing IT & Digital Signage company.
We are looking for an energetic, highly self motivated team player that is able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
You will utilize your IT technical background in your responsibility for installing and maintaining Systems. You will collaborate closely with team members pre-installation to test, load and prepare for all off-site installations. While on an install site, you will work with clients to assess their needs during an installation, and provide a smooth and meticulously preformed installed solution(s) to meet Signcast standards and client requirements. Effective and clear communication is of utmost importance. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the warehouse is kept in a good condition at all times.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Keep the warehouse organized and maintain inventory in perfect condition, labeled and organized as per Signcast Media’s guidelines so that every asset is easy to find.
- Receive, Inspect, Test, Prepare, Ship, Deliver and Set up packages and products.
- Install Displays of all kinds in residential and commercial properties.
- ∙Set up and configure digital signage of all types, including connecting to power, ethernet, wifi, etc, as per installation guidelines
- ∙Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain their systems.
- ∙Respond to service calls to repair or replace faulty equipment.
- ∙Communicate with manufacturers for all product defects, product assistance, DOAs, etc. ]
- ∙Keep up to date with industry advancements and new technology to ensure the best possible service to clients.
- ∙Utilize, update, and respond to Ticketing systems to receive and record all details of site visits,and pre & post- installation reports
- Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must. We are looking for someone eloquent, knowledgeable, a team player, open to learning, uses "outside the box" problem solving skills, meticulous with details and getting a task done correctly, and with professionalism.
- Proven experience on site installations.
- Knowledge of Display configuration and troubleshooting.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy in all measurements, and installations
- Ability for effective time management to complete tasks, effectively and efficiently- with perfection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Heavy lifting is a requirement in this role as the lifting of up to, but not limited to, 50Lbs is required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation is required as driving the company Truck is a requirement for deliveries, installations, etc..
- Sundry duties as assigned.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
