Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Assist servers in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Support food safety protocols during food handling.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Help with setting up dining areas for service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.'
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
- Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous.
