Overview
Are you an experienced HDD locator who takes pride in precision and teamwork? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our crew and play a key role in successful drilling operations.
Duties
- Accurately track and guide the drill head using Digitrak locating equipment
- Read and interpret bore plans and utility maps
- Communicate clearly with drill operator to maintain proper alignment
- Conduct site inspections to verify proper placement of utilities and infrastructure elements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
Requirements
- Proven HDD locating knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and rigging
- Experience with heavy equipment operation in construction or utility environments
- Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols on job sites
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Valid Driver's license
- Class 3A is an advantage
