As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
The Room Attendant reports to the General Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Prepare the supplies and equipment required to clean assigned guest rooms and areas.
- Prepare guest rooms for cleaning.
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including:
- changing bed linens and making beds;
- dusting furniture;
- vacuuming carpets, rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture;
- cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and floors;
- emptying trash bins;
- inspecting furniture and equipment for damage;
- replenishing guest amenities and toiletries.
- Inspect vacant, cleaned rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or irregularities regarding the condition of guest rooms.
- Ability to commute to Ayer's Cliff (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required).
