Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Ontario Drivers license a must.
Record of insurance in Ontario a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the scheduling of routine maintenance.
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and repairs, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications
- Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular training for staff.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising maintenance teams.
- Proficient in industrial maintenance practices with a solid mechanical background.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Proficient in English for effective communication within the team and across departments.
