Job Summary
We are recruiting for a direct hire Architectural Technician opportunity with a growing construction-focused team specializing in technical drawings, shop drawings, and product documentation for window and door projects. This full-time, in-office role is well suited for an early-career Architectural Technology graduate or AutoCAD technician who wants to build hands-on experience in CAD drafting, building code compliance, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, architectural drawings, and product layouts for windows and doors using AutoCAD.
- Review architectural plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications to determine window and door requirements.
- Create and revise detailed documentation to support design accuracy, construction requirements, and building code compliance.
- Prepare material take-offs, schedules, and product specifications for project use.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide drafting and design support during project development.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawing revisions, and related documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
