Office Administrator (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Full-Time Position
Start Date: August 1–30, 2026
This position is being filled in advance of an upcoming maternity leave to allow for several months of training before the leave begins in December 2026. The maternity leave coverage is expected to be approximately 12–18 months, with the potential for continued employment based on company needs and employee performance.
About Us
We are a family-owned and operated business that has proudly served our customers since 2013. Our company works closely alongside our family group of companies, offering employees the opportunity for cross-training and diverse experience across multiple business operations.
At CTT, we specialize in heavy trailer equipment rentals, sales, maintenance services, and financing. We also provide transportation services for Can-Am Auto Inc. (2015), one of our family companies, moving vehicles throughout Canada and into the United States.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. Due to the diverse nature of our operations, we provide a thorough training period to ensure the successful candidate is fully prepared before independently covering the maternity leave.
This is not a traditional office role. The successful candidate will work across multiple departments and companies, supporting payroll tracking, invoicing, customer communication, transportation administration, vehicle processing, compliance documentation, and general office operations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning new tasks, can adapt to changing priorities, and is comfortable switching between multiple responsibilities throughout the day. No two days are the same. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands are essential.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to changing business needs as they arise.
