Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial data. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate finance, and expertise in various accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, including budgeting, cost management, and investment planning.
- Manage financial reporting processes, prepare financial statements, and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize financial performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Strong background in budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and drive organizational success.
- Experience in business development activities and strategic planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; proficiency in relevant software tools is preferred.
Pay: $65,825.36-$110,000.00 per year
