We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently.
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed work.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
- Process work orders, invoices, and service agreements.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with outbound calls for maintenance reminders, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar field service software.
- Experience scheduling technicians and managing service routes.
- Familiarity with HVAC terminology and services.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
