Receiver Coffee Co. is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team at our Cavendish Boardwalk location for the upcoming season.
We’re a fast-paced, high-volume café and restaurant known for great food, specialty coffee, and warm, genuine hospitality. If you love working with people and_ thrive in a busy environment_, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a seasonal position! We operate on the Boardwalk from June 1st to September 26th.
What you’ll do:
- Provide warm, attentive service to every guest
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What we’re looking for:
- Previous serving experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for weekends and peak summer hours
Requirements:
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- WHMIS certification
- Smart Serve (19+)
- Food Safety certification (asset)
- First Aid certification (asset)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: $17.50 per hour
