Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Harvest Technician to join our cannabis cultivation team. This role involves supporting the harvest process through precise data collection, physical labor, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heavy lifting, possess basic math skills, and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards during harvest operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agricultural production within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the harvesting of crops according to established procedures and schedules
- Collect and record data related to crop yield, quality, and other relevant metrics accurately
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to transport harvested produce and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools and equipment used in harvesting activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during harvest operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily harvest targets and quality standards
Skills
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately
- Experience or ability in data collection related to agricultural processes
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
