Sales Associate – Inside Sales (Detailing Leads)

About the Role
We're hiring a closer. You'll work from your own office calling and texting a steady, essentially unlimited stream of warm leads for auto detailing jobs in Regina. No prospecting, no door-knocking, leads come to you. Your job is to dial, follow up, and book the work.
If you can hold a conversation, build trust quickly, and aren't afraid of a phone, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Call and text inbound leads to book detailing appointments
- Follow up on warm leads until they close or clearly say no
- Manage your pipeline and keep notes organized in our system
- Handle quick questions about pricing, packages, and scheduling
- Hit weekly booking targets
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, friendly, not pushy
- Strong closer instincts; you know when to push and when to back off
- Organized enough to track dozens of conversations without dropping the ball
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage your own day
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a must
- Bilingual is a bonus, not required
