Responsibilities:
- Perform pumping / cleaning duties at assigned locations
- Operate and maintain pumping equipment
- Monitor and record fluid levels and pressures
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform custodial tasks as needed
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is a plus
