Job Summary
We are recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Reception opportunity in Port Carling, ON, with initial training for 1 to 2 months at the Huntsville location. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, customers, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Manage reception duties, including answering inquiries, directing calls, and supporting front-office operations.
- Perform general office administration, data entry, filing, courier coordination, and document organization.
- Ensure marketing materials, showroom displays, and customer-facing resources are stocked and well presented.
- Assist with basic accounting-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Support daily office workflow while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full-time, in-office position with no remote or hybrid option.
- Initial training for 1 to 2 months at the Huntsville location.
