Wild Projects is looking for an experienced Carpenter/Framer to join our growing team in Canmore. We work on a variety of residential, commercial, and renovation projects throughout the Bow Valley and are seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys being part of a hardworking, close-knit team.

Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair wood-framed structures and building components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

We're looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably with some experience framing
- Proficiency with power tools and carpentry techniques.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is beneficial.
- A valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
- Own basic hand tools.
