This role involves providing high-quality Waterless nail services to clients in a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sanitation standards. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in facial waxing, nail care, brow & lash services and retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities/What we're Looking for
- Provide professional Water less nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
- Perform facial waxing, Lash & Brow Services with attention to client comfort and safety
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and work areas
- Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their experience
- Up-sell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatments, aftercare instructions, and product usage
- Maintain a Professional, Reliable and Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
