Position Overview
We are currently seeking two (2) dedicated RPNs to provide round-the-clock nursing care for a client in a home setting. This is a high-acuity case involving a quadriplegic adult who requires continuous clinical support and monitoring.
This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently, comfortable with complex care needs, and committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing care in a private home setting
- Ongoing monitoring of client’s condition and safety
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed
- Airway management and respiratory support (if required)
- Assistance with activities of daily living in collaboration with support staff (if applicable)
- Perform clinical assessments and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure continuity of care through detailed shift reporting

Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Valid RPN or RN license
- Experience with high-acuity or complex care cases preferred
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Updated immunization record (including TB test)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Reliable and professional

Schedule Structure
This position requires commitment to day shifts (8am-8pm or 8am-4pm). We are hiring 2 full-time nurses to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage on an opposite rotation schedule.
Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
