We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our new wellness studio. Solace Wellness is a new multidisciplinary wellness clinic opening in North Oshawa in Summer 2026. We are creating a modern, welcoming space focused on movement, recovery, performance, and whole-body wellness.
We are seeking a passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team and help us build a collaborative, patient centred clinic culture from the ground up.
Duties
- Conduct personalized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
- Assess clients’ conditions and discuss their health concerns to develop effective treatment strategies
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate licensing body
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and human anatomy is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions effectively

Pay: $42.18-$90.03 per hour
