What You’ll Do Day-To-Day:
- Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.

Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.

Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness.

Distribute documents and correspondence.

Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer information and/ or internal company records such as vacation log, training needs, timekeeping reports, personnel files, and general department files.

Process office supply requisitions, facilities requests, graphics services requests and office equipment repair requests.

Make travel arrangements and schedules meetings.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
Total Rewards Package:
- Salary: $21.90-$23.80/hr (CAD) and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
