Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Experience with Jane App is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Register new patients and update patient records
- Process payments, direct billing, and insurance claims
- Manage clinic emails, phone inquiries, and appointment reminders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
- Handle cancellations, waitlists, and rebooking efficiently
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous front desk, reception, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with Jane App is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and payment systems
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
