The Fredericton Inn is a full-service hotel and convention center uptown shopping district. We are looking to hire a full-time evening dishwasher. Full weekend availability is a requirement for this position.
THE ROLE:
Contributing to the exceptional service by ensuring high quality and the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage facility and assigned workspace. Maintaining a well-organized and clean area with assistance of restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
Day to Day:
- Operate all kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, glassware, etc., by hand when necessary.
- Restock all supplies.
- Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
- Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
- Remove all garbage, recycling and compost from designated areas routinely.
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
Physical Effort
- Heavy lifting required, must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Walking for long periods of time.
- Lifting, bending and pulling.
- Criminal record check may be requested.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/arrive early if required.
