Harris Chrysler Dodge Jeep Victoria is a growing business in Victoria, BC looking for an Automotive Technician.
As a key member of our team, the Automotive Technician brings to life the ultimate service experience. The Technician is responsible for working attentively in maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety, customer satisfaction as well as overall department success.
Job Duties:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform required repairs.
- Inspect vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is necessary.
- Coordinate and explain required maintenance and repairs to Service Advisors.
- Perform road tests and safety inspections.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Valid Automotive Technician qualification (Red Seal).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong Aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
