We are seeking a customer service representative/Automotive detailer who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our rental car customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive at the rental car facility and provide information about our rental policies and services
- Assist customers with the rental process, including booking reservations and completing rental agreements
- Provide customers with directions and recommendations for local attractions and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers at the beginning and end of each rental
- Process rental payments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper sanitization standards.
- Fueling vehicles when needed.
- Careful inspection of vehicles upon customer return for safety issues or damages.
- Consistently checking fluid levels and condition of tires as per protocol.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.
- Moving vehicles between different parking stations.
- Filling out inspection reports for all vehicles cleaned.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Class 5 drivers license
As an automotive detailer with Budget Car Rentals, responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with all team members.
- Maintain a continuously high level of productivity.
