We complete hundreds of residential projects every season and are known across Ottawa for quality workmanship and professionalism. We're growing and we need the right people to grow with us.
The Roles We're hiring for three positions this season:
Shingler An experienced residential shingler for tear-offs, installations, and re-roofs across Ottawa.
General Labourer A reliable, hardworking labourer to support our roofing crews on site.
Service Technician A roofing professional with broader building envelope knowledge looking to step into a diagnostic and repair-focused role.
Shingler – What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 seasons residential shingling experience
- Full tear-off and installation to manufacturer spec
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license an asset
General Labourer – What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and able to perform hard labour in all weather
- Punctual and reliable — the crew depends on you
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working at heights
- Construction experience an asset but not required
Service Technician – What We're Looking For
- Solid roofing knowledge as a foundation — required
- Familiarity with siding, soffit/fascia, and building envelope systems
- Leak detection and diagnostic ability is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Valid driver's license required
