*Seeking PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL Cleaning Specialists for CASUAL/PART-TIME Mon-Fri*
*MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE*
Duties and Responsibilities: Soul Clean Co. is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team of cleaning specialists! Qualifying candidates have a passion for helping others and making a difference and can navigate the expectations and needs of each unique client we work with. We offer a flexible schedule with opportunity for full time and advancement. Candidates will be required to perform deep, maintenance, post-construction, vacancy and detailed cleaning tasks for residential clients.
Skills Needed: No experience necessary though some residential cleaning experience is an asset. Candidates must be willing to complete training. Hands on training, orientation and onboarding is provided. Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. Must be physically capable to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
Performance Expectations: Must be able to lift, push and pull, up to 40lbs. Must be able to climb, bend and stand for long periods. Should posses excellent time management skills.
Behavioral and Personality traits: Honesty and integrity are essential. Background and reference checks are mandatory for this position. Candidate must be able to work well independently and as part of a team. Customer service experience is an asset. A friendly, productive and motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail is what we are looking for!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
