Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and passionate Lash Artists to join our team. As a Lash Artist at Lash n' Boots Beauty Bar, you'll have the opportuning to apply classic, hybrid, and volume lashes, lash lifts and tints in a trendy, professional setting. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, have an eye for beauty, and can create an amazing client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ lash goals and style preferences.
- Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform lash lifts, tints, and other services as required.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for lash extensions and related services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with lash bar and state safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with lash trends and continuously improve skills through training.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, creating a welcoming and loyal client base.
- Occasionally assist with front desk duties, including scheduling, customer service, and product recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician with/ or has a lash extension certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years experience with classic, hybrid, and volume lash techniques.
- Can make fans for hybrid and volume sets
- Strong understanding of sanitation, health, and safety protocols.
- High level of attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.

Hours:
The hours listed below are flexible and can be adjusted to work with your schedule.
- Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm
- Wednesday: 12pm - 8pm
- Thursday: 12pm - 8pm
- Friday: 10am - 6pm
- Saturday: 10am - 6pm
