Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Personnel to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with concrete-related tasks on various construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction processes and tools. Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of construction management software are a plus, as this position offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate placement of concrete elements
- Support in formwork setup, reinforcement placement, and finishing tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards on-site
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications
- Assist in site cleanup and material handling as needed
- Contribute to project planning by understanding construction estimating and schematics
Skills
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes
- Supervising experience in a construction environment is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques and formwork installation
- Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols in construction sites
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and work efficiently under supervision

Pay: $18.89-$50.00 per hour
