Job Overview
As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals in ressource. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and interactions
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene

Requirements
- Experience working in mental health setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when supporting patients in their treatment goals

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
