Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, renovation, and repair tasks across multiple sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support team members in material handling, loading, and unloading supplies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills
- Proven ability to work physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable for site access
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

Pay: $17.52-$25.00 per hour
