About AMBR
AMBR represents sophistication and innovation in the cannabis space, offering premium experiences for discerning consumers. The brand embody creativity, authenticity, and a passion for connecting with communities through culture and conversation.
We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on content creator to lead, produce, and grow the social presence of AMBR. This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media, capable of developing strategy while producing high-quality content daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full social strategy for AMBR across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn.
- Create and post engaging static and motion content in-house — including short-form videos, product photography, memes, trend-based clips, and branded campaigns.
- Post multiple times daily across platforms to maintain brand visibility and relevance.
- Engage directly with our community, responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster conversation and loyalty.
- Source, brief, and manage third-party creatives (influencers, photographers, videographers) to expand content output while ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and analytics reports to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure unified storytelling across all brand channels.
Qualifications & Skillset
- 5+ years of experience in photography and videography — comfortable shooting, lighting, and editing both photo and video content.
- Proven background in content creation and social media management, ideally within lifestyle, CPG, or cannabis-related brands.
- Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects (or similar).
- Strong understanding of social trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Ability to work independently, self-produce content, and deliver a high volume of creative output.
- Passionate about building and engaging digital communities with an authentic, conversational tone.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
