This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client's (Toronto Downtown) and/or downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to drive successful delivery of client engagements by combining strong technical expertise with delivery leadership. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with client expectations and CGI delivery standards.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality commitments are met
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and designers to align on architecture, design decisions, and ensure seamless execution of delivery
- Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, quality standards, and governance models
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Track and report delivery metrics, and project health to leadership and clients
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders, providing clear insights into project status, risks, and technical solutions
- Foster strong client relationships and drive high client satisfaction
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or software delivery
- Proven experience leading large-scale, client-facing technology projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery governance
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies (e.g., Java, APIs, cloud platforms such as Azure)
- Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in digital transformation programs or system modernization initiatives

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
