Overview
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Sales and Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized with a strong influence and confidence in sales. You will play a crucial role in our daily operations by handling calls, dispatching jobs, and managing 4 technicians both on the road and in the shop. This is a full-time office-based role, with no remote or hybrid option available.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Dispatching jobs to technicians and coordinating their daily schedules.
- Managing incoming orders, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Handling B2B communication and client follow-ups.
- Reporting directly to the company owners.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and coordinating with a small team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills for accurate data entry.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email management, etc.).
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of North American Automotive makes and models (preferred but not required).
Work Schedule
- Monday- Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
Total compensation will reflect industry standards for a Sales and Dispatch Coordinator and is dependent on performance.
