Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Experience working in landscape or similar industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Maintain quality performance standards with the customer base
- Establish strong working relationships
- Plan daily work schedules for crew
- Delegate team schedules each morning
- Monitor and manage crew performance
- Coordinate staffing needs for crews
- Manage vehicle equipment
- Crew training
- Experience in commercial maintenance
- Self-Starter
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Independent judgement
- Open minded and thoughtful
- Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance
