Duties:
- Assist staff and customers as needed with product knowledge.
- Answer telephones when needed.
- Process customer orders received by telephone, email or our website.
- Assist with purchasing/transfers to maintain enough stock to meet our customers requests.
- Provide guidance to our customer on selecting the best products to meet their requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training of new vendor products.
Requirements:
- Bilingual a MUST
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fast learner.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task.
- Customer service experience.(Minimum of 1 years) focused on customer service within a fast-paced environment·
- A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
- Work with a team to meet a common outcome.
- Warehouse Experience and Forklift Experience is a plus
- Shift Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Remotely:
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
