We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician/Laser Tech (electrolysis considered a asset but not necessary) is to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Facials, laser therapies.
- Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable skincare solutions and retail products.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and retail offerings to promote upselling opportunities.
- Manage scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
- Support the overall guest experience by delivering friendly hospitality and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
- Stay informed about new treatments, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest services is highly desirable.
- Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Certification or licensing as an aesthetician or laser technician required where applicable.
