Overview
Nutters Everyday Naturals is seeking passionate, driven and dedicated Wellness Advisors to join our team. As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wellness products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the wellness industry and enjoy working with people.
Duties
· Appealing merchandising, inventory rotation and management, cycle counts, signage and pricing accuracy, facing in all areas of the store (supplements, grocery, produce, bulk)
· Support receiving processes, and point of sale customer interactions
· Assist and educate customer on product benefits, supporting customers with their health concerns and goals
· Engaging communication skills
· A strong commitment to the company core values to help drive the profitability and sales targets
· A good understanding of the nutritional and health benefits of a proper diet will be an asset
· Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
· Knowledgeably promoting our high-quality wellness products
· Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
· Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends
· Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives

Qualifications
· Passionate about the wellness industry
· Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
· Driven to achieve store goals and objectives
· Experience in retail sales and/or grocery is considered an asset
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
· Ability to lift and move inventory
· Customer Service, Retail, or Grocery experience an asset
This role provides an engaging work environment where you can grow your skills in customer service, vitamins suggestion, and sales while helping clients look and feel their best.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
