Duties
- Set up and operate industrial sewing machines according to production specifications and quality standards

- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency in stitching, alignment, and overall quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes
- Document production data accurately and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
- Proven ability to operate sewing machines efficiently and safely in a fast-paced setting
