Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, PBS (Dealer Management System)
- Handle filing systems and organize documents efficiently for easy retrieval
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using PBS
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity
- Support administrative projects as needed, including preparing reports and maintaining office supplies
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in an office environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is desirable
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives

Pay: $16.45-$30.71 per hour
