We're seeking an experienced dental professional who enjoys bringing people together, improving day-to-day operations, and helping a team perform at its best. This is a full-time leadership position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established and patient-focused practice.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice while maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, oversee administrative workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage office budgets, payroll-related processes, and other operational responsibilities.
- Oversee dental billing, insurance claims, and financial administration with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Support patient care by ensuring exceptional service from the first phone call through every visit.
- Maintain organized scheduling systems that maximize provider efficiency while enhancing the patient experience.
- Contribute to practice growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Champion a collaborative, respectful, and accountable team culture.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of five years of experience working in a dental practice.
- At least three years of experience leading or supervising a team.
- A solid understanding of dental insurance, billing processes, and practice administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Confidence using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
