Job description:
We are a fast-paced and growing produce company seeking a reliable, hands-on Day Shift Warehouse team member to work with our day time warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable leading a team to hit operational targets.
Shift: Monday to Friday,
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and timely dispatch of products
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and team performance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Coordinate with day shift and management to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and make quick, effective decisions
- Handle basic administrative and system-related tasks
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or produce environment preferred
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts
